RavenRock Innovations is a boutique consulting firm at the intersection of national security expertise, cognitive science, and cutting-edge AI integration. Founded by Jeremy Young, a seasoned national security officer and AI adoption innovator, our firm was built on more than 20 years of service in the National Security sector and over a decade of specialized practice in IT tool and AI integration for the U.S. Government. With advanced academic achievements in Cognitive Behavioral Science and AI, Mr. Young brings a unique blend of operational insight and technical mastery that sets RavenRock apart from other consulting firms.

Joining him is Maria Zuniga, our Chief Operating Officer, a seasoned Foreign Service Officer with over 20 years of expertise in international relations, national security, and diplomacy. Ms. Zuniga has a proven track record in leading high-level diplomatic engagements, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and developing strategic foreign policy initiatives. Adept at fostering partnerships, overseeing large teams, and driving mission success in complex global environments, she ensures RavenRock’s operations run efficiently while maximizing impact for our clients.
